What Are Drop-In Sessions?
Our drop-in sessions are structured, age-appropriate training times that give players a chance to develop skills and enjoy the game outside of their regular season. Each session includes:

  • Engaging skill-building activities

  • Fun, small-sided games

  • A positive, energetic atmosphere

  • Coaching focused on encouragement, development, and enjoyment

Registration is required, and spots are limited for each age group to ensure a great experience for all players.
